01 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and exxototo ("Platform", "We"). 02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the exxototo platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• Being legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the country or territory in which you reside.
• Not located in a country or region where the use of the exxototo platform is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• Not previously blacklisted or sanctioned by exxototo for any reason.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other individual.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information is sufficient grounds for exxototo to close your account and forfeit all balances within it. exxototo reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which requires valid identity documents.

03 Account & Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. exxototo will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call — if you receive any such request, please contact our customer support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security on your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity to exxototo customer support immediately.
• Do not share your account information with anyone, including family members.

Exxototo is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, if you suspect your account has been compromised, we will assist you in blocking the account immediately and investigating any suspicious activity.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Exxototo supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and selected cryptocurrencies. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's payment page and is subject to change based on current promotions.
• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 50 or as specified on the withdrawal page.
• E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour; FPX bank transfers within 1 to 3 business hours.

• Creating fake accounts or providing inaccurate identification information.

08 Account Closure

Exxototo reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe a violation of these Terms has occurred. Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support.

• Account closure due to a violation: all balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
• Account closure at the player's request: eligible balances will be paid out after KYC verification is complete.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or closure in accordance with our inactive account policy.
• Players who close their account due to responsible gaming reasons may apply for a permanent self-exclusion that cannot be reversed.

09 Liability Limits
